Management - Trello
Trello is one of the many visual project management tools available, but is our favorite due to its simplicity. Trello allows teams to collaborate and work together to complete projects with extreme precision. Trello has really helped us operate our business, work efficiently and increase productivity. It is very convenient to rapidly note down tasks and organize your work flow. It does not have the most sophisticated agile management functionality and reporting but its simplicity allows us to strictly focus on the tasks we have to get done on the dashboard. You can prioritize tasks, assign tasks, attach docs to tasks, and automate tasks. The coolest thing about Trello is that it could be used to manage so much more than just projects. It could be used to manage your marketing strategy, sales pipeline, software development process, university course work, event planning and even Meal Planning.
